Members of the public can comment on Cubico’s scoping report for the Environmental Impact Assessment. This document shows how they intend to assess the environmental impacts of their proposed development.

The deadline for responses is the 28th February 2025.

Friends of the Moors will be responding in detail but anyone would like to help please get in touch using our contact form. Of course, please feel free to submit your own responses.

To make the process easier we have included in this article the key information that you will need, including the scoping documents, which are otherwise quite hard to access on the council planning portals.
