The following decision notice by the Planning Inspector in relationship to fencing on Edenfield Road clearly demonstrates that planning decisions on cannot be made with respect to one moor in isolation of adjacent moors which are also impacted. In effect, this decision supports our argument that the assessment boundary drawn by Cubico is too narrow.
