Rossendale Council’s Response to Coronation Power July 2015
The following document is RBC ‘s response to the ‘Erection of 12 wind turbine generators (maximum height to tip of 125 M), construction of access tracks and crane pads, formation of borrow pits for the extraction of stone for on-site construction works, erection of 70 M high meteorological mast, by Coronation Power Ltd’ on the last attempt, in 2015, to build turbines on the same moorland.

The application, a much smaller proposal, was rejected out of hand by RBC and therefore one has to ask the question, what has changed – except the Government of course?
