What does the destruction of the Sycamore Gap tree tell us?

An act of mindless vandalism by two individuals led to the destruction of the sycamore gap tree. It prompted the judiciary to hand out 4 year jail sentences to the perpetrators, who were apparently drunk at the time.

How ironic that an offshore entity can finance an onshore wind farm which will lead to the destruction of Rooley Moor, the historic Cotton Famine Road and the international equestrian trail, The Mary Towneley Loop.

The sycamore gap tree will grow again.

The damage to Rooley Moor will be forever.

The reward to the perpetrators? Millions of £s of profit to be paid to offshore investors at a direct cost to our energy bills.
